Equipment Introduction
This machine integrates automatic retrieval and placement of paper boxes, box opening and forming, socket sealing, and output of finished paper boxes into one process; Pneumatic and electrified synchronous automatic intermittent operation, PLC and human-machine interface control, smooth operation and stable quality;
The CJ-KH-35A Long Term Mechanical Twist Box Opening Machine is a device developed by our company for difficult box opening, high box opening rebound force, and ultra short paper boxes. It has the characteristics of stable box opening and high efficiency.
Features&Advantages
1. Adopting PLC and human-machine interface operation control to achieve simple visualization of parameters;
2. Pneumatic punching box forming, suitable for various types of paper boxes, stable operation;
3. Adopting servo conveying, the conveying position is precise;
4. The socket mechanism is made of stainless steel with a smooth surface treatment to reduce paper box loss;
