1. During transportation and storage, industrial synchronous belts should be kept clean and protected from direct sunlight or rain or snow to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and other substances, and should be kept one meter away from the heating device. 2. During storage, the warehouse temperature should be maintained between 18-40 ℃ and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%.

3. During storage, the STD3M synchronous belt must be placed in rolls and not folded. During storage, it should be flipped once a quarter.

4. PL.PM.PH.PJ.PK multi wedge belt STD3M synchronous belts of different types and specifications should not be used together, and their joints should preferably be bonded.

5. The type, structure, specifications, and number of layers of industrial belts should be reasonably selected based on the usage conditions.

6. The running speed of the STD5M synchronous belt should generally not be greater than 2.5 meters per second. For materials with large block size and high wear, low speed should be used as much as possible when using fixed 

unloading devices.

7. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the STD5M synchronous belt fabric layer, the matching of the transmission drum and the diversion drum, and the requirements for the groove angle of the carrier roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.

8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the industrial belt. To reduce the impact of material falling on the industrial belt, a chute should be adopted to reduce the distance of material falling; The material receiving section of industrial belts should shorten the distance between rollers and use buffering rollers to avoid material leakage. The belt should be equipped with soft and moderate material blocking plates to avoid excessive hardness of the blocking plates,

Scrape the surface of the industrial belt.

2、 Instructions for using industrial belts:

1. Avoid the roller being covered by materials, causing poor rotation, preventing material leakage and getting stuck between the drum and the industrial belt. Pay attention to the lubrication of the moving parts, but do not contaminate the industrial belt with oil;

2. Avoid starting with load;

3. If the industrial belt deviates, timely measures should be taken to correct it;

4. If local damage is found to the tape, it should be repaired in a timely manner to avoid expansion;
