Overview of Hot Melt Adhesive

Hot melt adhesive is the abbreviation for hot melt adhesive. It does not use any solvents during production and application, is non-toxic, odorless, and does not pollute the environment. It is known as a "green adhesive" and is a thermoplastic adhesive. It is a solid at room temperature, but liquefies at higher temperatures. The molten liquid moistens the substrate, and when the adhesive layer cools and hardens, it forms bonding. The representative melting temperature is between 65 ℃ and 180 ℃. Due to the fact that it contains no solvents and is 100% solid, it can comply with the strictest air pollution prevention and control regulations, and there is almost no risk of fire or explosion. Especially suitable for use on continuous production lines.

In addition, the main advantages of hot melt adhesive spraying technology compared to traditional box sealing methods are roughly reflected in the following seven aspects:
