Hot melt adhesive semi-automatic box sealing machine

1、 Purpose

The hot melt adhesive semi-automatic box sealing machine is one of our company's self-developed, continuously improved, and innovative box sealing series products. This product is suitable for packaging industries such as food, medicine, tissue, toys, and electronics, and has the advantages of environmental protection, anti-counterfeiting, and efficiency. It is the preferred choice in the packaging industry today.

The product presented to your company is already our fourth generation product, and this product has been modified based on feedback from customers in actual use in the first three generations. The improved sealing machine has the following advantages:

1. The material selection of the entire machine meets environmental requirements, adopts food grade standards for the appearance treatment of the machine, and extensively uses stainless steel as equipment components;

2. Transformation is convenient and fast. The new adjustment position has been changed to a symmetrical handwheel adjustment, reducing the difficulty of adjusting the machine;

3. Fully enclosed structure, simple and fashionable appearance;

4. All key components will be replaced with imported components;

5. Optimize power consumption, in line with the new concept of energy conservation;

6. Simple operation, high efficiency, and low investment cost.

2、 Special reminder

1. This machine can use AC220V civilian power supply, with a voltage fluctuation range of ± 13%;

2. The flow rate of the power interface should be greater than 15A (amperes);

3. Please connect to a power socket with a grounding terminal;

4. Please turn off the power supply during maintenance;

5. Prevent high-temperature burns;

3、 Technical parameters

1. Specification: 700mm (length) × 1300mm (width) × 1450mm high;

2. Power consumption: AC220V, 1.9KW;

3. Extreme temperature rise: not more than 230 ℃;

4. Providing air source: between 0.8Mpa and 0.5Mpa is recommended;

5. Gas source consumption: approximately 450L/h (normal operation);

6. Processing capacity: 30-40 pieces/minute (depending on the proficiency level of the operator);

7. Suitable for paper box processing, minimum range: 100mm (length) × 50mm wide × 20mm high

8. Maximum range suitable for paper box processing: 250mm (length) × 160mm wide × 75mm high

4、 Instructions for use

1. When using the equipment for the first time, please connect the power supply with a load capacity greater than 15A and a grounding device attached;

2. Equipped with a gas supply source to ensure a pressure between 0.5mpa and 0.8mpa;

3. Turn on the heating switch and heat the left and right glue slots. For paper box type hot melt glue, the temperature should be set at 160 ℃. In actual use, the temperature can be adjusted appropriately. The temperature setting principle is to raise the glue claw until the paper box returns without wire drawing. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the hot melt glue to carbonize and the iron foam coating on the glue cylinder to fall off. The hot melt adhesive oxidizes and turns yellow, resulting in a decrease in viscosity; Low temperature can cause difficulty in lifting, high adhesive content, and wire drawing phenomenon; In short, setting the temperature is an important aspect of sealing the paper box that cannot be ignored. Please refer to the temperature control manual for the use of the temperature controller. The experience is that it is advisable to seal the box with the lowest possible temperature.

4. Adjust the specifications suitable for folding the paper box, and the adjustment of the mechanical part is the function of the equipment

Important reminder:

Before using the equipment, please install all components in place as shown in the manual (overall diagram -10). When the equipment arrived, it had already been debugged according to a product specification. For your company's products, only appropriate adjustments are needed

By comprehensively understanding Figure 7-7 and Figure A-10, you can complete the transfer. There may be bumps during equipment transportation, so before using the equipment, please check if all components are loose and tighten any loose screws.

① Left and right upper box rails: When adjusting, it is advisable to place the box horizontally on the left and right sides, making it flat;

② The left and right main brackets adjust the handles of the main viewing device as shown in Figure 11 to ensure that the paper box does not fall down after being folded flat and tightly. The tightness is moderate, as too much tension can damage the paper box, and too much looseness can cause the paper box to fall down. For products that are too heavy, the diagram shown in Figure A-1 can be replaced

③ Top box cylinder (optional) with a long stroke cylinder to solve the problem, that is, the low box is pushed up and in place, retaining about one box of products;

③ Top material component: The top box component is composed of a top material cylinder and a top box plate. For different products, different specifications of top material plates need to be replaced. If it is too small, it may cause the paper box to tilt as before, and if it is too large, it cannot be operated. If it is too heavy, an extended top box cylinder can be replaced to solve the problem (optional)

④ Add touch switch to the rear bumper: When adjusting different sizes of paper boxes, remember to adjust the position of the bumper and switch to match the position of the paper box. When the paper box is pushed in, the switch can be touched to close.

① Adjust the left and right main bracket adjustment handles to meet the length requirements of the paper box,

② Add adhesive port, open this door to add adhesive particles.

   ① The main function of the glue melting cylinder is to melt the hot melt adhesive material;

   ② Heating elements, 3 per cylinder, each with a power of 220V × 400W.

Dispensing claws. The current style is equipped with independent rubber claws for each box, corresponding to the corresponding rubber claws when used. When replacing the product, simply replace the rubber claw.
