Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a specialized sealing machine developed for the packaging of snack food chips; The packaging form includes opening boxes, placing French fries, automatic glue spraying, and automatic sealing, with a compact and reasonable structure and simple operation and adjustment.

1. Adopting servo drive, PLC programmable control system, human-machine interface display operation, high automation level, and more humanized;
2. Adopting a photoelectric eye automatic detection and tracking system, precise arc spraying, and a full line displacement protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation;
3. Replacing the fixture can complete the transfer production of different specifications;
4. It can be connected to the front-end automatic box opening and packaging production line, and can be matched with labeling machines, inkjet printers, online weighing machines, other production lines and other equipment to achieve linkage production;
5. The glue spraying process is advanced and flexible. The equipment adopts a human-machine dialogue operating system and high-precision encoder counting for glue spraying. The glue spraying effect can be set in point spraying, section spraying, and strip spraying modes. The demand for glue spraying can be flexibly changed according to the actual situation of the product. The system adopts an automatic tracking method to achieve consistency in response speed and glue spraying accuracy at different speeds.
6. This equipment uses an imported MELTON M200 spray gun from Spain, with a stable spray system that achieves high-precision sizing errors.
