Equipment Introduction
This device is a new type of equipment specifically developed for the automatic opening and labeling of large ultra long paper boxes. This machine can automatically complete processes such as paper box discharge, automatic opening, automatic insertion, and automatic labeling. It operates in a servo synchronous automation mode and is controlled by a PLC and HMI human-machine interface. It has the advantages of easy adjustment and operation, low failure rate, and labor cost savings.

1. Adopting pitch push plate conveyor to prevent paper boxes from slipping, and the pressure box guide mechanism to prevent paper boxes from bending, ensuring reliable operation;
2. When transferring the size and length specifications of the equipment paper box, only the handwheel screw needs to be adjusted, making the transfer convenient and fast;
3. Adopting a dual direction box opening device with a counter punch, it can perfectly adapt to stable box opening of paper boxes of different materials and sizes; It is also equipped with a strong non marking foam suction plate, which makes the carton gripping fastness and high stability;
4. By using suction cups to grab and divide the cardboard boxes, not only can they prevent slipping, but they are also not limited by product thickness;
