Equipment Introduction
This equipment is designed for the double folding ear shoe box folding machine, the Tiandi box folding machine, and the hot melt adhesive automatic adhesive. The secondary folding ear paper box undergoes the shaping process. This machine operates in a fully mechanical synchronous automation mode. Due to only one motor serving as the main driving mode of the equipment, it has the advantages of easy adjustment, simple operation, low failure rate, and labor cost savings.

1. Adopting pitch push plate conveyor to prevent paper boxes from slipping, and the pressure box guide mechanism to prevent paper boxes from bending, ensuring reliable operation;
2. When transferring the size and length specifications of the equipment paper box, only the handwheel screw needs to be adjusted, making the transfer convenient and fast;
3. Using a high-precision encoder and decoder to count and spray glue, PLC and human-machine interface can set the number and length of spray glue points. Different spray glue points and starting points can be set according to the needs of the paper box. This production line has the advantages of high efficiency, accurate spot spraying, and high stability;
4. The use of spring type pressure wheels not only prevents paper from slipping, but also is not limited by product thickness;
5. The equipment adopts a fully mechanical structure, with sensors at each workstation, which is not affected by speed;
6. The monitoring, alarm, and fault display system is composed of photosensitive components, optoelectronic devices, mechanical overload protection devices, and other devices. There is no paper box and no glue spraying;
