Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a new product developed for targeted research and development. The processed products are double folded ear shoe boxes, Tiandi box hot melt adhesive automatic adhesive, and secondary folded ear paper boxes through shaping process. This machine operates in a fully mechanical synchronous automation mode. Due to only one motor serving as the main driving mode of the equipment, it has the advantages of easy adjustment, simple operation, low failure rate, and labor cost savings.

1. Fully mechanical continuous working mode, stable performance, continuous operation of the paper box forming section, including box feeding, edge wrapping, ear folding, and folding forming actions.
2. Adopting a PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, and touch screen human-machine interface, the entire process automation of one-time forming production of heaven and earth cover paper boxes is implemented;
3. The first fully mechanical working mode in China that integrates paper feeding, molding, adhesive spraying, and bonding. The molding fixture and molding fixture adopt a full chain linkage method, which is combined with precise molding to create exquisite paper boxes;
4. Suitable for different specifications of paper boxes with the same bonding method, with adjustable size and convenient and fast adjustment;
5. Adopting an imported MELTON spray gun from Spain, combined with a encoder and decoder for precise counting, the spray system is stable and accurate.
6. The folding machine mechanism adjustment system adopts a manual adjustment method, and customers can manually adjust the folding mechanism according to the size of the paper box. The transfer of large and small paper boxes is convenient and saves time.
7. Equipped with automatic reminder function in case of insufficient paper storage;
