It is a high-tech product that integrates machinery, electricity, gas, and light. It can automatically complete the work of automatic picking, folding, gluing, and gluing of paper boxes. This machine can be used alone or connected to other equipment to form a production line.

5、 Transportation and installation of machines

Please carefully check whether the machine is in normal condition and perfect condition, and check whether all parts of the machine are complete according to the "packing list". If any parts are found to be defective, please contact our company as soon as possible.

Transportation of machines

The equipment body is protected from dust and rain by wrapping film, and only woven ropes are used for fixation. Iron chains or steel wire ropes should be avoided to prevent scratches; Bound in wooden packaging boxes, sturdy and reliable.

Installation of the machine

1. This machine belongs to the packaging equipment and can be installed in a clean room with good ventilation and sufficient lighting.

2. A 1.5m wide workspace should be left around the machine for easy operation and maintenance.

3. 220V-50HZ single-phase AC power supply with reliable grounding.

4. The machine must be installed on a relatively flat ground. After the machine is installed, a level gauge should be used to check whether the entire machine is level. If it is uneven, it can be adjusted through the four feet of the machine.

5. After the machine is installed, carefully check whether all parts of the machine are loose. If there is, it should be quickly ruled out. To prevent embroidery, the machine is covered with grease before packaging and shipping. Therefore, before starting the machine, excess grease on the surface of the machine should be removed. When removing, use fiber cotton cloth and alcohol. After cleaning, refuel each lubrication point.

7、 Mechanical working principle

This machine adopts mechanical transmission for continuous operation, automatically completing the processes of automatic picking, automatic folding, automatic spraying, and automatic bonding of paper boxes. The workflow of this machine is as follows.

1. Firstly, start the equipment and manually place the paper box onto the paper box conveyor belt, which then transports the paper box to the mechanical arm suction position. When there is a signal from the S1 sensor, the PLC (programmable controller) controls the vacuum generator of the suction box to work, and the upper and lower cylinders of the suction box descend to extract the paper box.

2. The suction robot places the cardboard box on the conveyor chain, and the conveyor chain continues to operate. When the S2 sensor has a signal, the PLC controls the glue spraying station to work and spray glue onto the paper box.

3. After the glue spraying is completed, the folding guide automatically completes the sealing work, and finally, the glue is discharged and shaped through the glue roller, and the finished product is sent out.

9、 Partial introduction and adjustment of equipment

1. Carton conveyor belt

The feeding area of the paper box can be adjusted according to the size of the paper box, and the height and width of the positioning guide rods on both sides of the paper box can be adjusted.
