6、 Fault handling

problem	Possible causes	solution
Robot failed to retrieve the box	Vacuum gas circuit issues	1. Check if the air circuit is blocked or leaking 2. The suction cup is aging, replace the suction cup
	Circuit issues	1.There is no signal output from the cam U-shaped photoelectric device. Check if the photoelectric device is damaged or stuck with dust, and clean or replace it in a timely manner 2. S1 paper box conveying in place sensor has no signal output. Check if the fiber optic head is stuck with dust, damaged or leaking light, or if it is too far from the paper box. Adjust the fiber amplifier to amplify the light source or replace the fiber head. 3. The vacuum battery valve is damaged. Check if the battery valve is damaged and replace it promptly 4. PLC has no output, check if PLC "Y3" has output
	Improper debugging	1.The positioning guide rod of the paper feeding box is adjusted too tightly, and the paper box is not delivered in place. Check the tightness and adjust it in a timely manner. The paper box needs to be easily moved on the conveyor belt 2. The roller of the paper box failed to press against the paper box, and the paper box could not be transported smoothly. Check the tightness and adjust it in a timely manner
The glue gun does not spray glue	Air circuit issues	1. Check if the air pressure of the rubber machine air pump is normal, 1-2.5kg/cm ² within 2. Is there no air source entering or leaking from the battery valve
	Circuit issues	1. Check if the heating of the glue machine, hose, and gun is normal, above 160 ℃ 2. Check if PLC "Y0 and Y1" have outputs when checking dispensing 3. Damaged battery valve
	Hot melt adhesive blockage	1. The nozzle of the glue gun is blocked. Turn off the pressure of the glue machine and remove the nozzle. After heating, use an air gun to blow back the nozzle from the glue outlet until a bright light can be seen at the nozzle 2. The filter screen of the rubber machine needs to be cleaned every 3-4 months after 8 hours. Please turn off the pressure of the rubber machine before cleaning 3. The filter screen of the gun base needs to be cleaned every 3-4 months after 8 hours. Please turn off the pressure of the glue machine before cleaning
	Glue gun issue	Replace the hot melt adhesive spray gun
Paper box adhesive is not firm	Hot melt adhesive not pressed tightly	Adjust the width of the left and right adhesive roller rows to flatten the hot melt adhesive. If the width of the equipment's discharge table and the guide plate of the adhesive stop ear is suitable, it is necessary to adjust the fixed seat of the roller row.
	Insufficient temperature of hot melt adhesive	Increase the temperature of the rubber tube and gun by 5 ℃ appropriately
	Excessive glue content	Increase the pressure of the glue machine appropriately or replace the larger glue gun nozzle
Finished box with marks	Oil stains on the contact surface of the paper box	Clean the tray support rails; Clean the press rod of the paper box; Cleaning the paper box push plate
	The cardboard box is pressed too tightly up and down	Adjust the height of the cardboard box pressure rod to leave a gap of 0.5-1mm from the cardboard box
	Scratched paper boxes on the conveyor push plate	The glue roller row is clamped too tightly on the left and right sides, and it should be adjusted as loose as possible to stick to the glue
	The glue roller is lined with glue	Clean the hot melt adhesive of the adhesive roller row
