1. Suction manipulator

① The upper and lower cylinders of the box sealing machine can adjust the height of the upper and lower cylinders. When grabbing the paper box, the suction cup can come into contact with the paper box; ② The mechanical arm takes out the box suction cup, and the position of the suction cup can be adjusted as needed;

2. Fully automatic box sealing machine glue spraying mechanism

3. Paper box folding ear mechanism

Paper box folding ear cutter, adjustable height and angle. Adjust the angle between the cutting knife and the flat surface of the cardboard box as small as possible, so that the cutting knife's folding ears slowly fold downwards; The cutting knife starts to fold from the middle of the ear of the cardboard box to minimize its stress as much as possible; After folding, the cutting knife needs to protect the ears and smoothly enter the adhesive roller row. 4. Finished rubber pressing mechanism

5. Carton height positioning adjustment

① Adjust the height of the positioning pressure rod according to the height of the paper box, leaving a gap of 0.5-1MM from the upper plane of the paper box

6. Introduction to the functions of the glue machine

① Hot melt adhesive machine power switch ② Temperature control of the adhesive barrel of the adhesive machine, generally around 165 ℃ ③ Temperature control of the adhesive tube of the adhesive machine, generally around 170 ℃

④ The temperature control of the glue gun base is generally around 175 ℃. ⑤ The total pressure display of the glue machine should be maintained at 5kg/cm ² more than

Temperature controller setting: ① Heating switch for hot melt glue machine hose 2 and glue gun 2 ② Temperature setting button, press once to enter temperature setting, and then press again to exit after completion

③ Switching between "ten hundred" positions during temperature setting ④ Temperature decrease button ⑤ Temperature increase button
