Precautions for installation of hot melt adhesive machine

Please follow the instructions during the installation process of the hot melt adhesive machine. Improper installation may affect actual operation. The following precautions are given:

1、 Installation precautions:

1. When installing the hot melt adhesive machine, an effective grounding wire must be connected to prevent electric shock accidents;

2. Select the cross-sectional area of the power cable and pay attention to insulation based on the power of the hot melt adhesive machine and its auxiliary equipment;

3. Pay attention to the voltage of the power supply used (220V ± 10%), and ensure the correct connection of the zero and live wires.

2、 Precautions for use:

1. Avoid operating the hot melt adhesive machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases;

2. Operate the hot melt adhesive machine without appropriate protective devices, good insulation, or good protective panels; 3. Do not operate or use the hot melt adhesive machine in environments below zero and above fifty degrees Celsius;

4. To prevent the insulation pipe from being unable to dissipate heat properly, it should be avoided to place the insulation pipe in a closed container;

5. When using longer insulation pipes, it is important to prevent them from coming into contact with the ground or cold surfaces, as this may result in poor flow of the adhesive and even complete blockage;

6. The nozzle combination should be directly exposed to the air and should avoid areas with rapid air flow, or wind proof measures should be taken.

7. No objects should be placed on the hot melt adhesive machine;

8. When installing insulation pipes, avoid damaging the pipe body and surface;

9. The minimum curvature diameter for the installation of insulation pipes should be greater than 300mm;

10. When moving the hot melt adhesive machine, only the base is allowed to bear force, and no other place is allowed;

11. When using a hot melt gun, it is absolutely not allowed to point the nozzle at anyone.
